The past few days have been pretty eventful for the Army track & field teams. On Sunday, the distance runners went out to Aliso Woods Park for a longer run and other event groups headed to the track for a morning practice session. It's certainly nice working out in warmer conditions and luckily the weather has been great so far. Later that day the team loaded the busses and headed for the Santa Monica Pier. The temperature was in the upper 80s so it was perfect for laying out in the sun, walking the boardwalk and swimming in the ocean.
