Army track and field will wrap up its final competition of the regular season when it travels to the nation's oldest and largest track competition, the Penn Relays. The three-day meet begins Thursday morning and will conclude on Saturday evening at Philadelphia's Franklin Field with more than 15,000 athletes competing in over 300 events.
