The Army men won seven of the 11 running events at Saturday's outdoor Star Meet with Navy, but the Black Knights could not maintain the pace in the jumping events as Army lost 105-97 to the Midshipmen at Ingram Field. The Black Knights finished with a 61-54 edge in running events and throwing contests were divided evenly at 22-22, but Navy captured a 29-14 advantage in jumps to win its fourth consecutive Star Meet and second straight outdoor academy showdown.
