The Army women's track and field team will look to continue its early-season success, traveling to New York City for the Armory Invite on Feb. 30 and 31.

For the first time this season, all 10 Patriot League teams will be in action on the same weekend with a busy schedule set for Friday and Saturday.

Lafayette senior track and field athlete Brittany Powell was named Patriot League Female Field Athlete of the Week after her performance at the Lafayette-Lehigh Dual Meet on Saturday.

Posting her third first-place shot put finish in just her fourth collegiate competition, plebe Briyah Brown has been named the Patriot League Women's Rookie of the Week for the third consecutive week, as announced by the conference Monday afternoon.

Following yet another first place finish in the shot put, in addition to a second place finish in the weight throw, plebe track & field standout Briyah Brown has been named the Army Athletic Association Athlete of the Week.

Due to inclement weather, the Army track & field program has cancelled its free clinic, originally scheduled for Jan. 27.
