Competing in its first of two home meets this outdoor season, the Navy men's track and field team placed first out of three teams Saturday afternoon at Ingram Field in Annapolis, Maryland. Navy recorded seven IC4A qualifying performances.

Lee Bares and Tom Girardot each claimed top spots too highlight Army's performances at day one of the Fred Hardy Invite hosted by the University of Richmond on Friday afternoon.

Jennifer Comfort and Lindsay Gabow each earned first place finishes as the Army women's track & field team competed in day one of the Fred Hardy Invitational, hosted by the University of Richmond on Friday afternoon.

The Navy women's track and field team travels to the Towson Invitational on Sunday to begin its outdoor slate. Navy will compete in a five-team field, which includes Towson, Coppin State, Delaware and Delaware State.

The Navy men's track and field team hosts Delaware State and Maryland-Eastern Shore on Saturday at Ingram Field. The hammer throw will begin Saturday's meet at 10 a.m. then the steeplechase will begin the track events at 12 noon.

More than half of the Patriot League track and field teams have begun their outdoor season, with the rest set to get started this weekend.
