Lafayette is set to begin the indoor portion of its track & field season at the Fast Times Meet hosted by Lehigh this weekend.

The Navy men’s track and field team begin its indoor competition on Saturday at the Wesley A. Brown Field House for the Navy Winter Invitational. Saturday’s meet will open up with the weight throw and long jump at 11 a.m.

The Maroon Club’s Friends of Cross Country/Track & Field 10-day challenge, which kicked off on Sunday, Nov. 15 and ended on Tuesday, Nov. 24, raised $19,914 from 204 donors, well exceeding the original goal of $15,000 from 200 donors.

The Navy women’s track and field open the 2015-16 season with a first-place finish at the Navy Lid Lifter on Tuesday at the Wesley A. Brown Field House. Navy tallied 11 top-3 finishes on the night.
